Laser Therapy

Cold Laser Therapy is the application of red or near infrared light over injuries or wounds to improve soft tissue healing and relieve both acute and chronic pain. The light energy is absorbed by the mitochondria in cells and transferred into biochemical energy that is then available for cell use.

Laser therapy helps to relieve acute and chronic pain. It does this by increasing the speed, quality and tensile strength of tissue repair, increasing the blood supply used to stimulate nerve function and by stimulating immune response which helps to generate new healthy cells.
